At the heart of the saree, Maa Durga is depicted majestically riding a lion, symbolizing courage and strength. Along the sides, her twelve divine forms are illustrated in vivid detail — accompanied by Goddess Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Maa Kali, reflecting the completeness of feminine energy and power.
The border features women artistically crafting garlands with flowers, representing devotion and celebration, rendered in vibrant multicolour signature Madhubani work. The saree’s radiant hues and symbolic patterns make it not just a garment but a piece of spiritual storytelling.
