Shipping Policy

  • Once an order is placed customer will receive a confirmation email

  • Delivery of all orders will be done to the address mentioned by customer at the time of placing the order

  • Once an order for ‘customized/ made on order’ products is placed and accepted, no further modifications can be made

  • Order once placed cannot be returned or exchanged

  • ‘Ready to ship’ products are dispatched in 2-3 days

  • ‘Made on order’ products are dispatched in 35-40 days

  • ​ Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days (some areas may take longer)

  • Slight difference in shade might appear due to camera lights

  • We ship worldwide via Indian Post or Aramex

  • Shipping is charged at actuals and conveyed to customer at the time of placing an order

  • We accept all international credit cards via Razorpay

  • Duties and taxes are not included as part of products or shipping charges and might have to be paid by customer in their respective country

  • 'Ready to ship' international orders are usually delivered within 15-20 of days dispatch (some areas may take longer)

  • If for any reason the customer does not accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for refund

Product Return and Refund Policy

As the products are hand painted, no two motifs are 100% identical. That’s what makes us unique and appreciable to our customers. We request your utmost attention and consideration to the beauty of handcrafted, handmade products and the variability that comes with it. That’s what makes our products ‘beautiful’.


As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in pristine condition as per the order placed


In certain circumstances however, we may consider replacement, with another product of equal value, considering:

  • Customer informs within 2 working days of product delivery that they want to replace the product

  • Customer’s claim for replacement is supported with a genuine reason and accepted by us

  • In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • The product should be returned in marketable condition and should not have been intentionally damaged or misused

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

  • Once you receive the order, please inspect and contact us immediately in case of any discrepancy, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right
