SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE

Geetanjali Boutique has made the commitment of being one of the most trusted name in Madhubani Painting Products in India through high quality, exquisite, artisanal, value based products and unmatched customer service.

Customers are entitled to return the products within the cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a product. As a token of appreciation for our artisans we accept only exchange of products of equal value without any refunds. The exchange policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
 

DOMESTIC

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

  • Shipping cost charged for the product shipment (if applicable) is non-refundable.

  • Return shipment cost (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

  • Convenience fee charged against a purchase (if applicable) is non-refundable.

  • No return/ exchange will be entertained post the cooling-off period.

  • Slight difference in shade might appear due to camera lights

  • Dry clean only

  • Our prices are inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state of Maharashtra).

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications, kindly what’s app us at +91 99756-10574 within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
     

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

In case you like a product and want it to be customized as per your choice i.e. size, additional requirement, multiple quantities etc. please feel free to drop us a message on what’s app  +91 99756-10574 or email us at geetanjaliboutique2020@gmail.com  with you requirement and we will get back to you at the earliest.
 

INTERNATIONAL

  • We are in testing phase and shipping is to USA,UK,Singapore, Dubai only.

  • You can use all international credit cards on Razorpay to make the payment for your orders. In case your payment isnot successful, please drop us a mail on geetanjaliboutique2020@gmail.com for alternate modes of payment. We also accept paypal payments now on our website.

  • We use DHL for our international orders as of now

  • Duties and Taxes for the international orders are not included as part of products or shipping charges.

  • In the case where additional custom charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees/taxes.

  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch through email/whatsapp/instagram if you need any aasistance or clarification before making a purchase.

  • International orders should be delivered within 15-20 business days (Some areas may take longer depending on customs)

  • If for any reason the customer doesnot accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.

  • All ready to ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days

  • Customized products are dispatched in 35-40 days time.
