Presenting "Mangal Phera", a stunning hand-painted saree from our exclusive Agomoni Anondo Collection, celebrating the sacred traditions of a Mithila-style wedding. Crafted in a graceful yellow georgette fabric, this saree is adorned with intricate storytelling, cultural richness, and spiritual beauty — all brought to life through traditional Madhubani art.
The anchal (pallu) of the saree vividly illustrates the full Mithila Vivaah scene — from the Dulha and Dulhan exchanging vows, to the pandit officiating the pheras, and sacred elements like the Kohbar (symbol of fertility) and the divine presence of Shiv and Parvati, blessing the union.
The border features symbolic portrayals of the bride and groom (Var-Kanya) surrounded by a beautifully detailed multicolour Madhubani border, accented with delicate golden gota patti lace for a festive finish. Every brushstroke reflects joy, tradition, and the sanctity of marriage in Maithil culture.
This piece is not just a saree — it’s a celebration of love, union, and age-old rituals, reimagined for the modern connoisseur of heritage fashion.
